A little about myself. I’ve lived in Nashville my entire life, in particular, I live in the area where I serve my rental customers. The reason being is, I love this area, slightly to the east of downtown Nashville and known as Donelson / Hermitage / Old Hickory and Mt Juliet. It is generally very safe, has great retail stores, convenient to I-40, I24 and I65, Opry Mills Mall, 4 golf courses, quick fire and emergency services and Summit Hospital. The Donelson / Hermitage area boasts very good metropolitan public, public magnet and private schools also.
